Beginning March 26, 2018, the Sweet Spot in Hutchinson Commons will be replaced with Mr. Pak’s Sushi and Poke.
The Chicagoland sushi and poke vendor is locally owned, and a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). It is part of an Office of Civic Engagement and Office of Business Diversity effort to partner with local businesses owned by minorities and women. Sweet Spot, the restaurant being replaced by Mr. Pak’s, was part of the same initiative.
Mr. Pak’s will be closed on Wednesdays and Saturday nights, to accommodate Shake Day and the Saturday Night Meal Swipe.
