The men's basketball team was led by second-year Noah Karras on Friday against Case Western as he broke the three-point record, but on Sunday the squad lost to Carnegie Mellon in overtime.

Third-year Jake Fenlon broke a Chicago record and hit a game-winning shot, but the record was not enough to give the men's basketball team the win in their second game this weekend. The squad went 1–1 against Case and Carnegie this weekend.
